This home in Newton, MA had a roof leak that caused extensive water damage after a thunderstorm. The loss had multiple factors that needed to be addressed before we could install the drying equipment. First the roof leak had to big assessed then fixed. Then we had to remove all of the affected contents. Upon removal it was discovered that water was seeping into the ceiling and walls due to extensive exposure to water over a prolonged period of time so mold had grown throughout the room. We removed all the contaminated materials and performed a deep cleaning to the unaffected areas. Finally, the drying material and air scrubber were installed to get the moister level down.
