The Damage Isn't Always As It Seems

This home in Somerville, MA was affected by a water loss. Mold grew as a result of the loss. At the initial call the customer explained that they thought there was water damage to the flooring and nothing else. They advised that the water damage occurred a few days prior to when they had called us. Given our expertise in this line of work our technicians knew to check for moister on the surrounding wall area. Once our tech removed a few inches of the surrounding wall (standard practice) it was uncovered that mold had grown and spread throughout the wall as a result of the water loss. Given our expertise we were able to do the job right the first time and avoid any possible health related issues due to mold growth.
